REV. CHRISTIE BATURE
Rev. Christie Bature is not just a pastor, she’s a force for transformation. With a background in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, she transitioned into full-time ministry and social impact, becoming a certified Christian counselor, life coach, addiction therapist and polygrapher.
She is the Founder and CEO of 180 Degrees Rehabilitation Centre in Port Harcourt, one of the first proper drug and addiction rehab centers in Nigeria’s South-South region. Her passion for healing and restoration has birthed several impactful initiatives. In November 2021, she opened ‘Sarah’s House’ , a safe home for battered women.
A fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants Nigeria chapter, she is also a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, has written 13 books, released 6 albums, and was recently awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Vine University USA for her work with addicts and families.
