Mr. Emeka Ndu, Vice Chairman of C&I Leasing Plc, will be facilitating the session on Life Lessons Learned.

Mr. Ndu is the Vice Chairman and co-promoter of C&I Leasing Plc, founded in 1990. He has almost 40 years of experience in the business industry and serves on the board of numerous other corporates.

Mr. Ndu will share life lessons with insights and examples on collaborating with others, raising capital options, calculated risk taking, fiscal consciousness, integrity, business and ethics. This is going to be a fireside chat session anchored by Wale Adenuga.

Mr. Lampe Omoyele, Managing Director of Nitro 121 will be facilitating the session on Embracing your future.

Mr. Omoyele is a widely respected business leader and mentor in the marketing and advertising industry of sub-Saharan Africa, with 30 years experience working with leading multinational companies and indigenous companies with global aspirations.

He will be sharing on the future of work and positioning yourself for same as well articulating for all participants the questions they should be asking now.

DEHUMO BICKERSTETH

THE ART OF LEARNING AND UNLEARNING

Mr. Bickersteth is the Principal Consultant at DTB Services, Singapore. Before his current role, he served as Vice President (Learning and Development) at Singapore Exchange as well as Head of Learning, Strategy and Standards at Standard Chartered Bank.

Dehumo, whose journey is clearly one of learning and unlearning, will share insights on challenging default mental maps, being curious and how to embrace the disruption of change.

BUNMI AFOLABI AND SOLA AIYEPEKU

THRIVING AFTER LIFE HAPPENS

Mrs. Bunmi Afolabi trained as a chemical engineer but has mastered a cross-section of business functions: Strategic Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Business Strategy, Project Management amongst others. She was DG, Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as MD/CEO of Bi-Trax Axxent Co Ltd.

Mr. Sola Aiyepeku is also a trained chemical engineer. He currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Lagos State Sports Commission. He possesses extensive experiences as a banker, sports marketing consultant, sports pundit and publisher.

We won’t let the cat out the bag. Suffice to say, Sola and Bunmi will be sharing some amazing stories of how life happened to them and how they have thrived afterwards. This is going to be a fireside chat session anchored by Wale Adenuga.
